About Dr. Carole Gaato — A Fellow Traveller on the Journey Home
Life rarely moves in straight lines.
Often, the longest and most meaningful journey is the one that leads us back to ourselves.
Dr. Carole Gaato understands this intimately – not just as a psychologist, but as a fellow traveller who’s walked her own “long and winding road.”
In her earlier days, she explored life with curiosity and creativity, moving between universities, driven by an insatiable desire to understand the human experience.
A diploma in music therapy and a deep love for classical flute shaped her path – yet her heart remained committed to something more: helping others heal and thrive.
Dr. Gaato earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology from Simon Fraser University, embracing a path less conventional — colouring outside the lines when necessary.
This mindset inspired her to dive deeply into the mind-body connection and the breakthroughs of neuroscience, learning how holistic healing can truly accelerate personal transformation.
Today, Dr. Gaato offers her clients not just therapy sessions, but a compassionate, personalized journey toward wholeness.
Her belief? Healing is not a destination – t’s a remembering. A coming home to your truest self.
If you’re seeking someone who will walk beside you with empathy, wisdom, and heartfelt understanding
Dr. Gaato would be honoured to guide you on your journey.
Today you are You, that is truer than true.
There is no one alive, who is Youer than You.
